This week's summer rerun is an interview with Jonathan Pitts, former executive director of Chicago Improv Productions, who has spent the last couple of years on a global improv "walkabout," which has been derailed due to COVID-19 travel restrictions and so many live events canceling this year.
We put a definition to the word inclusion, Jonathan shared a mistake he made early in his career when it came to being more inclusive, and we talked about what "belonging" means in the world today.
