Thank you for being part of the Virtual Executive Director / Labyrinth / Relentlessly Human Tour experience. I love and appreciate everyone who has listened, downloaded, reviewed, supported through Patreon, and shared their talent with me on the mic.

Now that the podcast has come to an end, please enjoy listening to the archives. I created a timeless podcast of nonprofit leadership, operations, and fundraising tips, as well as interviews with artists and healers.

If you would like to get in touch with me, feel free to email becky [at] beckybrett.com. I'm available for coaching and consulting for purpose-driven leaders, and I'd love to hear from you!

If you're a business owner and you don't have a stated position on diversity, equity, and inclusion, you are behind the times. This week's summer rerun is an interview with Jonathan Pitts, former executive director of Chicago Improv Productions, who has spent the last couple of years on a global improv "walkabout," which has been derailed due to COVID-19 travel restrictions and so many live events canceling this year.

We put a definition to the word inclusion, Jonathan shared a mistake he made early in his career when it came to being more inclusive, and we talked about what "belonging" means in the world today.

If you'd like to contact Jonathan wherever he is in the world, you can find him through his Facebook profile.
