This week on
the podcast I have the privilege of sharing another graduation call
with one of my clients, Cha Barefield.
But before I pull back the curtain on Cha's transformation, I
want to remind you that as we near the end of 2020, the time is
right to clear out the energetic trash from this year and set
intentions for the new. Using the mantra of the labyrinth as a
guide (release, receive, return), I work with clients one-on-one to
release the habits, thought patterns, and relationships that no
longer serve them; receive new behaviors, beliefs, and supportive
relationships; and return to integrate these into their lives by
setting and holding boundaries, practicing new behaviors, and
supporting them through the inevitable setbacks, because
transformation is not a straight path.
If you're interested in working with me, the application is in
the show notes or you can DM me on Instagram.
A bit about my guest this week: Cha and I met a few years ago
at a conference, and loosely orbited each other ever since. This
year, we started paying more attention to each other on Instagram,
as she launched The Cha Show and began interviewing interesting
people about important topics.
Cha is a story weaver. She is a hope slinger and a fierce
encourager, connecting people to themselves, to each other, and to
their dreams.
Cha is ALL IN!
She not only believes in seeing people, she believes in the
knowing, the learning, and the loving of people. She believes in
the pursuit of relationships, humanity, equality, and the beauty of
what it is to share space with someone that may otherwise go
unknown.
