Thank you for being part of the Virtual Executive Director / Labyrinth / Relentlessly Human Tour experience. I love and appreciate everyone who has listened, downloaded, reviewed, supported through Patreon, and shared their talent with me on the mic.

Now that the podcast has come to an end, please enjoy listening to the archives. I created a timeless podcast of nonprofit leadership, operations, and fundraising tips, as well as interviews with artists and healers.

If you would like to get in touch with me, feel free to email becky [at] beckybrett.com. I'm available for coaching and consulting for purpose-driven leaders, and I'd love to hear from you!

Last week I promised to let you know how things went with my board retreat, and here it is. The main things I would have done differently are:

  1. Allow a good 30 minutes at the beginning for chit-chat, people's late arrival, and getting coffee/breakfast
  2. Set the expectation that some discussion may be curtailed in the interest of time, if we feel we have all the info needed
  3. Schedule 1-2 more hours for the retreat to ensure that we got through everything and had plenty of time for making decisions and commitments at the end.

This week's episode also has a Q&A from a listener. If you have a question you'd like me to answer, or if you would like a hard copy of my full board retreat agenda, email me at becky@virtualexecutivedirector.com.
