Thank you for being part of the Virtual Executive Director / Labyrinth / Relentlessly Human Tour experience. I love and appreciate everyone who has listened, downloaded, reviewed, supported through Patreon, and shared their talent with me on the mic.

Now that the podcast has come to an end, please enjoy listening to the archives. I created a timeless podcast of nonprofit leadership, operations, and fundraising tips, as well as interviews with artists and healers.

If you would like to get in touch with me, feel free to email becky [at] beckybrett.com. I'm available for coaching and consulting for purpose-driven leaders, and I'd love to hear from you!

This week's episode is a little different. Those of you who have been long-time listeners know that I changed my format this summer. Well this week I wanted to share with you the full back story on how and why this came about.

To do that, I'm sharing the graduation call that I had with my coach, who I began working with at the end of February. Yep. Just as the pandemic hit. The person I worked with is a healer, mentor, and relationship coach. Her name is Jen Moff, and if it sounds familiar, she's been on the podcast before talking about healthy boundaries. I'm excited to bring you this behind-the-scenes look at our process.

One quick disclaimer: In this conversation I talk about my day job as being completely undesirable for me right now. Well what has happened in the intervening months is that this job is evolving more and more into something sustainable for me alongside my own coaching practice, and I am not nearly as down on it as I was a few months ago. It just goes to show how when you work on yourself, you can attract the changes you want in your life.
