Thank you for being part of the Virtual Executive Director / Labyrinth / Relentlessly Human Tour experience. I love and appreciate everyone who has listened, downloaded, reviewed, supported through Patreon, and shared their talent with me on the mic.

Now that the podcast has come to an end, please enjoy listening to the archives. I created a timeless podcast of nonprofit leadership, operations, and fundraising tips, as well as interviews with artists and healers.

If you would like to get in touch with me, feel free to email becky [at] beckybrett.com. I'm available for coaching and consulting for purpose-driven leaders, and I'd love to hear from you!

Something that I noticed this year is that fundraising has been HARD. Like a LOT harder than usual. This week I'm talking about why that might be the case, how to put the fun back in fundraising, and I answer a listener question about last week's episode on rallying around a colleague in crisis. Here's why your fundraising may feel harder than usual: 1. Your list is old and outdated 2. You're trying to sell the unsellable 3. You're approaching fundraising from a place of desperation Here's how you can put the fun back in fundraising: 1. Re-think and re-tool your list, find new people to share your message with 2. Set interim goals and celebrate them 3. Surround yourself with teammates, either online or in your organization. Push each other to achieve interim goals, share ideas, and celebrate successes. If you're looking for a team to work with and push you, I'm running a Fundraising Intensive from Sept. 17-28. Think of it like fundraising camp. There is a registration fee of $89 (or $149 if you sign up after 9/4/18). Here's the link: https://virtual-executive-director.teachable.com/p/5-steps-to-fundraising-success/
