Thank you for being part of the Virtual Executive Director / Labyrinth / Relentlessly Human Tour experience. I love and appreciate everyone who has listened, downloaded, reviewed, supported through Patreon, and shared their talent with me on the mic.

Now that the podcast has come to an end, please enjoy listening to the archives. I created a timeless podcast of nonprofit leadership, operations, and fundraising tips, as well as interviews with artists and healers.

If you would like to get in touch with me, feel free to email becky [at] beckybrett.com. I'm available for coaching and consulting for purpose-driven leaders, and I'd love to hear from you!

At SponCom I took a workshop taught by David Christopher of Miami's Just the Funny theater. The workshop was on short-form, a format most people are probably familiar with thanks to the TV show "Whose Line is it Anyway?" As he was teaching, the relationship between hosting a short-form improv show and Leadership (with a capital L) revealed itself, and I just had to make that the subject of this week's podcast. The leadership resources I mention in this episode are: "21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership" by John Maxwell, "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen Covey, "Tribes" by Seth Godin, "Build Your Tribe" podcast by Chalene Johnson, and just about every keynote address that Gary Vaynerchuk delivers.
